Where We Began.
Armour Corporation was built on a simple but powerful observation: wear was costing Indian industry far more than it needed to. Unplanned shutdowns, replacement cycles that spiralled out of control, and material leakage were accepted as inevitable — when in fact they were solvable.
For years, we served as the discerning link between Indian industry and the world’s best wear-resistant technologies. We sourced, tested, and supplied premium imported solutions — but more than products, we were accumulating knowledge. Every application taught us something new about how wear actually behaves in real operating environments.
That knowledge became our competitive edge. And when we decided to manufacture in India, we didn’t build a cheaper version of what we’d been importing. We built the same thing — here.
